Excavator hydraulic system should do:
(1) It has high transmission efficiency, realizes low fuel consumption, high utilization rate, and can provide large driving force;
(2) The overall components and key parts have sufficient reliability under the effects of large changes in ambient temperature and geographical location, frequent vibrations, and large impact forces.
(3) Reliable, portable, and shock-resistant coolers to control the total calorific value of the system. It is required that the temperature of the hydraulic oil should not exceed 60 degrees and the temperature rise should not exceed 45 degrees when the main engine continues to work.
(4) Since the working environment of the excavator has a lot of dust and other stolen goods, the pollution is serious and it is easy to be restricted. Therefore, the sealing performance of the hydraulic system should be good, and the practicability of each component should be strong, dustproof and reliable, and the hydraulic oil can be kept clean.
(5) Electro-hydraulic proportional control is adopted to realize remote or computer control. It can automatically detect system problems, solve them in time, and ensure the efficiency of work.
