The material is 40MnB, the outer surface is quenched, the inner surface is quenched, and then tempered and finely ground. Make the pin sleeve wear-resistant and increase its life. For the pin shaft, 45b is used for the middle and high end, and the material of the domestic large steel factory is then quenched and tempered to increase the mechanical properties of the product. The low end adopts 45 steel without quenching and tempering treatment to reduce costs. Furthermore, the seals, the price of good seals and low-end seals are also different.
