At this time, a person is required to operate and walk in the cab, while lifting the crawler while turning the crawler forward, passing the upper supporting wheel, walking to The position of the guide wheel, at this time, an object can be placed at the guide wheel, at this time, the two sides of the track are butted, and the live pin shaft can be assembled. This method is also suitable for rubber track assembly. Due to the aging of live pins, it is difficult to beat, and even requires welding and cutting equipment to assemble. Therefore, this method is generally not recommended.
2. When one side of the crawler falls off, clean the debris around the crawler. The driving wheel must be docked first, the upper crawler is lifted with a bucket, and the driving wheel is aligned and entered into the crawler, and the iron rod is used to adjust the alignment when getting off the car. Drive the tines, and align the upper tug, one third of the way through.
Support the machine to walk on one side to make the track straight, support the machine again and get off the car to adjust the lower track, try to make the track roller align with the track after the track has fallen. At this point, two-thirds of the way has been completed. Just use the bucket to gently lift the excavator and use the bucket teeth to hook up the crawler, so that the guide wheel enters the crawler.
