The first method is to change the angle of the seat cavity of the floating seal ring in the end cover from the original 15° to 10°, so as to increase the contact surface between the end cover and the O-ring, and prevent the relative rotation of the O-ring and the seat cavity, so that the O-ring The seal between the ring, the end cover and the wheel body is more reliable.

The second method is to increase the size of the seat cavity of the floating seal ring formed by the wheel body and the end cover to reduce the pressure and frictional resistance of the contact surface of each pair of floating seal rings, thereby reducing the calorific value of the contact friction of the floating seal rings.

The third method is to increase the diameter of the waist of the bulldozer supporting wheel to increase the volume of the oil chamber at the wheel waist to ensure sufficient lubrication. By increasing the seat cavity distance, the oil storage space at the floating seal ring is increased to ensure that the lubricating oil can effectively cool the floating seal ring. An oil groove is made on the inner wall of the copper sleeve to make the contact surface with the wheel shaft fully lubricated; at the same time, an oil hole is drilled on the inner wall of the wheel to ensure that the lubricating oil can circulate.
