Description
Carrier Roller (also called upper idlers or upper idlers) are part of the undercarriage components of crawler excavators, bulldozers, cranes and drills. MZ idlers are made of heat treated forged alloy steel to ensure durability against wear and impact.
These rollers are manufactured using cutting edge technology and induction heat treatment to ensure the right level of hardness. The upper rollers cover a range of the most popular models, have the expertise of OEM knowledge, and are designed to be directly interchangeable with the original equipment.
Excavator Carrier Roller is composed of roller body, shaft, collar, bimetallic bearing and seal group, which is made by forging, heat treatment, assembly and painting. The quality and service life depend on the quality of the original steel, the hardness of the rail surface, the depth of the hardness layer and the quality of the sealing group.
