The excavator track rollers carry the excavator’s own quality and operating load, and the attributes of the rollers are an important criterion for measuring its quality. So what are the consequences of damage to the excavator rollers? What is the reason for the damage? 
If the excavator breaks down, we need to check the partially damaged track roller of the excavator, and find that the main faults are main shaft, wheel body damage and oil leakage. Among them, the main shaft of the severely damages roller locked, causing the entire rollers to be unable to rotate.
There are two reasons for the oil leakage of the excavator rollers: one is that the rollers are soaked in water for a long time during the operation of the excavator, which causes the floating seal ring and the O-ring ring groove to be corroded; the other is when operating in muddy water in winter , the floating seal ring is frozen and fail.
The roller body of the excavator is supported by the upward support force of the track link rail, and the two ends of the main shaft bear the gravity of the excavator. The gravity of the excavator is transmitted to the main shaft through the crawler frame, the outer cover and the inner cover, and then to the shaft sleeve and the wheel body through the main shaft, and then to the chain rail and the track shoe through the roller body.
When the excavator is working on uneven ground, it is easy to cause the track shoes to tilt, resulting in the chain rail tilting. When the excavator is turning, axial movement force will be generated between the main shaft and the wheel body. Due to the complex force of the excavator roller, its structure must be reasonable, and the main shaft, wheel body and bushing need to have relatively high strength, toughness, wear resistance and sealing.
The damage consequences of excavator bottom rollers need to be judged according to the damage situation. Different damage causes may cause different consequences, but in order to ensure better use, we need to do a good job in daily inspection and maintenance to reduce the probability of damage .
