Choose wide range of track shoes which were hot rolled by single reinforcement. Double reinforcement and three reinforcement are suitable for pitch from 88mm to 226mmy track link.

We have different specifications of track shoes from standard type to high wear resistant type can meet all customers’ different need.

We can make casting and forging track shoes which was used in mine and other special working conditions.

The track shoe was made of special alloy boron steel material and after properly heat treatment. It can play under bend and high-wear effect in any working conditions.

● Optional dimension for moderate service, extreme service and super extreme service.

● Hardened boron steel and chrome steel with better penetration and traction.

● Hardness: HRC25.5-32.5.

● Normalizing is to eliminate internal stress and reduce the hardness of the work piece.

● Quenching and tempering is to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the work piece.
