Product Description
The idler (guide wheel) is used to guide the track to rotate correctly and prevent deviation and derailment. The idler (guide wheel) of some hydraulic excavators also functions as a roller, which can increase the contact area between the crawler and the ground and reduce the specific ground pressure. Most of the wheel surfaces of the idler are smooth, with a shoulder ring in the middle as the guide, and the ring surfaces on both sides can support the chain and the roller. The shoulder ring in the middle of the idler (guide wheel) should have sufficient height and the slope on both sides should be small. The smaller the distance between the guide wheel and the nearest roller, the better the guiding performance.

As shown in the figure, the structure of the guide wheel (guide wheel) is installed on the guide shaft 5 through two sliding bearings 9 in the hole, and both ends of the shaft 5 are fixed to the right carriage 11 and the left carriage 4. The left and right carriages are installed on the guide plate 18 on the carriage by the seat plate 16 pressed by the support spring assembly 14, and the lower hook plane of the carriage is closely contacted with the guide plate 17, thereby eliminating the gap. The carriage can smoothly slide back and forth along the guide plates 17 and 18 on the carriage.
An adjusting shim 3 is provided between the support cover 2 and the bracket to ensure that the gap between the support cover 2 and the side of the gantry does not exceed 1mm. The purpose of installing the support cover 2 is to prevent the guide wheel from tilting sideways, thereby preventing the rail from falling off. The space between the idler and the shaft 5 is filled with lubricating oil for lubrication, and the two floating oil seals 7 and the O-ring seals 6 and 10 are used to maintain the seal. The idler shaft 5 is axially positioned by a stopper pin 13.
The excavator guide wheel adopts the box structure cast by resin sand process. The appearance quality of the wheel body has reasonable mechanical structure performance. The matrix is normalized to obtain good impact resistance, and the medium frequency induction quenching heat treatment of the track surface. Surface hardness To hrc48-54, the depth is not less than 6mm, with wear resistance in harsh conditions
